Intellectual property
The Kagenda name, the logo, the structure of this site and the words on it belong to Anthony LOUIS. Reproducing any part of them requires written permission first.
Everything uploaded by the professionals who use Kagenda — trading name, logo, photographs, service descriptions — stays entirely theirs. Kagenda acquires no rights over it beyond what is strictly needed to display it on the booking pages.
Reporting content
A booking page published on Kagenda can be reported to contact@kagenda.com. We reply within 72 working hours and take down manifestly unlawful content without delay.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to contact@kagenda.com first. Most things are settled that way, without formality.
If that does not resolve matters, the trader is established in France, and a user who meets the definition of a consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to a French consumer mediator under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, after having complained to the trader in writing.
Kagenda subscriptions are sold to professionals acting in the course of a business, who fall outside that mechanism. Two further points apply to consumers in the United Kingdom. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available to them; it closed in July 2025 and had in any case ceased to serve UK consumers after the end of the transition period. For a cross-border dispute with a trader established in the EU, the UK International Consumer Centre, run by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, provides free assistance.
Payments taken by a professional from their own clients concern the relationship between those two. Kagenda is not a party to it.
